Conversocial: Facebook Comments In Near-Real-Time

Social-media-management platform Conversocial tapped Facebook’s new application-programming interface to offer page managers near-real-time access to comments and posts on their pages.

Conversocial said the previous Facebook API allowed it to pull data for its customers every 5-10 minutes, and it can now do so within 12 seconds.

Users of the Conversocial platform can also delete filtered comments nearly instantly.

Removing the clutter and quickening access to comments and posts will help page managers to more efficiently communicate with and serve customers and potential customers.
